Directions for Use: Simply lay flat in the microwave and heat on high for 1-2 mins. Turn over half way through heating time to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in increments of 20-30 seconds until desired temperature is reached. DO NOT OVER HEAT Can also be used cold, simply place in plastic bag in the freezer.
